Applied Consultancy Solutions Limited, web developers and IT/Voice specialists based in Cressex have been busily developing a new portal website for use by all businesses in the Cressex area. The website, which launched at the beginning of January, aims to promote better business-to-business links in the local area. Darren Waller, MD of ACS says “we would all prefer to deal with local companies, but most of the time, we do not even know what our nearest neighbours do, let alone companies in the next street. This portal lets all companies based in Cressex add details of their products and services for free so that other local companies can easily find new local suppliers”. The site also allows companies to advertise their vacancies and estate agencies/business centres to advertise their available business units, and includes local news and features. ACS have today announced the launch of three new telecoms services to suppliment our existing telephone system installation/maintenance and telephony services.

Voicemail solutions are now available for virtually all makes of telephone system. You need never miss an important call again. In addition, our new Call Management Software solution allows you to carefully monitor your incoming and outgoing lines and telephone destination numbers. You can even get a real-time indication of exactly who is on the telephone in your company at any time. We have also launched a new series of Virtual PBX Call Centre Solutions which allow you to have all the facilities of a propoer call centre solutiuons without even needed any of your own hardware !

You can also configure your email account's forwarding address yourself and even configure a vacation message for when you are away on your holidays.

Not only can we offer unmetered (0845) and unmetered (monthly charge) dial-up internet access packages through ACSinternet, we can now also provide ADSL always-on Broadband connections at up to a whopping 2Mb speed. We will also be offering our business customers SDSL services as the rollout of this new service to BT Exchanges accelorates this year.
