ACS can now provide customers with a cost-effective "meet me" audio conferencing system, allowing up to 20 callers to be bridged together in a single, password protected, audio conference. Callers dial a standard (0207) number from wherever they might be. once you have arranged your first audio confernece, your number remains unchanged, so you can arrange future conferences whenever you want.

This service is charged for in two different ways. Ad-hoc charging is 12 pence + VAT per person, per minute. As an alternative, you can pay a monthly fee of £26 + VAT per month to benefit from a lower call charge of 8.5 pence per person per minute. Both charging schemes offer very significant savings on travel costs for a face-to-face conference !
