ACS has been involved in the creation of a number of community-based developments aimed at raising funds for the communities.

A good example is Business4Schools.com, a new initiative developed by ACS and designed to enable schools to generate much-needed funds. Business4Schools.com supports an online business networking community for each school, with a percentage of all trades being paid to the school. Also included is a buyers/sellers forum to enable parents to be able to trade their unwanted goods and even a kids swop-shop, designed to introduce children to online trading in a safe environment.

In addition, ACS is in the process of launching Regional-Net, a series of local portals throughout 2005/2006.
