You will still receive bills from BT for your line rental, but all calls will be invoiced, at the above rates, direct from Enta. The sign-up procedure takes you through the set-up of
a monthly direct debit for hassle-free payments. Your telephone number does not change. Calls are charged by the second (not by the minute as with some telecoms providers) and there is no minimum contract -
as we're confident that you will be impressed with the service and will not want to leave! The whole process takes around 10-15 days to complete - you will receive notification from BT about when the transfer will take place.
