availability of ADSL Broadband, we have been able to launch our new 2005 Maintenance portfolio, which includes
remote maintenance and monitoring solutions as well as the traditional on-site maintenance options.

- Same day call-out to local areas
- On-site server audit
- On site server healthcheck, update and security check
- On-site PC audits
- On-site PC healthchecks, updates and security checks
- Combined on-site server and PC Security Audit
- Remote server/PC telephone support contract
- Remote server status monitor and alert
- Remote server maintenance and support (includes free telephone support and an initial on-site server/PC security check)
- On-site Monthly service (scheduled 1 day per month to sort out problems which "can wait")
- Combined server maintenance/support and on-site monthly service (includes free telephone support and an initial on-site server/PC security check. Additional on-site days charged if needed)
- Premier Support Package - Server/PC telephone Support, Initial on-site server/PC healthchecks, Remote server maintenance/support, Scheduled 1 day per month on-site service, Up to 2 additional days on-site per month with a 24 hour call-out (additional days chargeable) - all for the equivalent of under £2.50 an hour !!
