Companies with up to 5 PCs/servers can benefit from our small site IT support package which is available for only £95 + VAT per month (paid quarterly in advance) and includes :

• Initial site audit and network security check.
• As an introductory offer, each PC will be checked for Anti-Virus protection, malware, spyware, and general well-being FREE of charge at the beginning of your contract.
• Access to our experienced engineers when you need it.
• Unlimited remote telephone support via our dedicated online support site www.acssupport.co.uk.
• Includes half a day per month on-site where faults/issues cannot be resolved remotely.
• Reduced on-site "in-contract" rates for any additional time required on-site.
• Option to add remote management support - where we log onto your network remotely to resolve issues/fix most problems without the need for a site visit. Requires ADSL line and a suitable remote access router. £250 + VAT set-up fee applies.
• Telephone support for your remote workers.
• Minimum term of only 3 months - no long tie-ins.
