Quite apart from regulation under the disability discrimination act, by depending upon a website which some potential customers cannot read, you are excluding yourself from business from a significant percentage of the market.

Websites created for the visually impaired can be just as creative as standard websites for visitors with perfect sight, but also include special features for those who use screen-readers to access internet information or those who just need to be able to make the text a little bigger, invert the background colours etc.
